Customers consistently praise JB Plumbing for punctuality, professional conduct, and reasonable pricing on services ranging from leak repairs to full repiping. Recurring themes highlight clear communication, thorough work, and fair quotes, with many noting the team's cleanliness and responsiveness. However, lower-rated reviews indicate occasional issues with missed callbacks, incorrect diagnoses, and discrepancies between quoted and final prices.

Robert, you’re awesome thank you so much for the work and the feedback
These guys are great. I have had them do a few jobs for me now. The range of scope has been rather wide. They have done some slab leak repair and a tankless water heater just to name a couple.
