I had an awesome experience with JC TaxPros Group. Joon S. Jang helped me out tremendously during my tax consultation and really took the time to break things down in a way that was easy to understand. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, and I left the consultation feeling much more confident about my tax situation. This will be my second year working with Joe at JC taxpros and I couldn't be happier. He is so friendly, thorough and very fast. He got me the biggest return I've ever recived. He always presents everything in a very professional but warm manner. If you aren't sure what to do about your taxes and you want them to be done as well as humanly possible i would highly suggest Joe.

One of the worst tax firms you could possibly work with. If you work with Michael his communication is absolutely horrendous. They wasted our time for over a month then told us we had to find a new firm to work with.
