This company is exceptional! From the moment you coordinate the estimate and design ideas you can literally already tell the kind of professionals you are dealing with. That if you are in Miami, is scary and hard to find. We took our dreams and wishes and Penelope designed it perfectly, suggested from experience in color scheme and placing of items and once we were ready we started the job. Communication was great at all times, pictures shared as the job was getting produced and stepped by the site to see in person. The installation took place and the installers were great to work with, very professional and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Very kind to explain processes and all our questions. The quartz installer they recommended was amazing as well, very glad we worked with their whole team. I have nothing but good things to say and truly recommend this company with eyes closed! Do yourself a favor and work with these great team of professionals and hard worker company. I am obsessed with my dream kitchen! Thank you for it all JD CARPENTRY! can’t wait to work on other projects down the line.

We couldn’t be happier with JD Carpentry for our kitchen and home remodel! Penelope was incredibly communicative, providing regular updates and addressing any challenges with clear solutions. They removed a wall, crafted and installed beautiful custom cabinets, and even went above and beyond to install our new appliances. They also laid stunning tile floors throughout the house, along with new baseboards, door frames, and doors. The project was completed on time and they took good care of the workspace. 5/5 stars! We highly recommend JD Carpentry and we will be using them again!

Penelope and the JD Carpentry team exceeded our expectations. As a family-owned business, they bring a personal touch to their work, and every detail is thoughtfully executed. They collaborated with my husband and I extensively, ensuring that our kitchen and bathroom cabinets were designed to be both functional and visually appealing. They also explained material options thoroughly so we could make informed decisions.
Their communication was excellent, they were punctual, and their pricing was fair. Most importantly, they worked within our budget without compromising quality. We would gladly work with them again on any future project.

Working with JD Carpentry has been a 5-star experience. Before even speaking to JD, my wife and I shopped around to gather quotes for creating our dream kitchen.
With others options we were always left with something that didn't check all our boxes: going way over budget, timeline too long, too many middlemen, not listening to our needs/wants.
Then we reached out to JD Carpentry. Penelope introduced herself to us and we scheduled a visit to plan out what our kitchen would look like. She was kind, responsive, and listened to all of our ideas (some of them silly). This collaboration led to us building our dream kitchen. When the project was done we had every little thing we'd wanted: shaker style cabinets and drawers, a range hood that funneled stovetop smoke to outside, a liquor pullout, KitchenAid pullout, LED lighting, a massive stone island and stone walls throughout the back of our kitchen, and even a coffee station. The end result felt like we were in a dream. Now we cook in the kitchen almost every day. We invite friends over almost every week. I bartend and even do latte art. The kitchen is the focal point of our home.
Other companies were estimating a timeline of at least three months for the job to be completed. Realistically, we were anticipating this being a four-month job. JD Carpentry got our kitchen, new flooring, and paint all done within two months. Throughout the entire process, Penelope was a frequent and reliable line of communication that answered all of our questions and even suggested brilliant ideas to help elevate our vision. To say we're happy with the outcome is an understatement.
I highly recommend JD carpentry to anyone looking to build a kitchen, media wall, custom closets, or any custom work you want done in your home to transform a dream into reality (before and after photos attached).
