Jennifer gave great personal service. We moved out before listing our condo. An added bonus was Phil, her fellow agent and also a contractor, whom I hired to update my house before putting it on the market. Phil was equally amazing from start to finish, and the work he and his team did was absolutely stellar. Also and importantly, the communication I received from both Jennifer and Phil was always on point and top notch throughout the process. They both made everything much easier and less stressful than other agents I’ve used in the past to sell my former houses. I highly recommend Jennifer and Phil with 5 stars. Well deserved!

Jennifer was wonderful to work with! She was very caring and knowledgeable. She was extremely responsive when we had any requests or questions. She did everything she could to promote our property to her clients as well as other agent’s clients. She kept us updated on the status of the real estate market in the area and in the neighborhood where our property was listed. It appeared that she did a significant amount of research to provide us with that information.
