Jerry was very knowledgeable and outgoing. He did a full inspection of my basement and exterior and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed to deal with our mouse problem. I would highly reccomend using Jerry in the Milwaukee area.

Jerry was great! He responded to my call right away and was able to fit me in quickly. He did a very thorough job and you can tell he cares about his work and about his clients. There was no pressure to sign a contract or adhere to a schedule, but we will still be calling him back in the spring!

I contacted Jerry for some carpenter ants in my sunroom. Jerry was responsive and provided more information on the problem I was experiencing. He seemed knowledgeable and decently priced after numerous quotes in the area (West Allis/Milwaukee). As far as the treatment working, I am not sure yet. Jerry just came out two days ago to do it, and he informed me it takes a couple of weeks for the treatment to work, but the area should be good until I either fix the ongoing issue or replace some areas within the room. I appreciated how Jerry was responsive and scheduled the appointment quickly. Jerry was personable and communicated well and at this point I would work with Jerry again.

This is the 2nd time we have used Jerry's Pest service. In 2022, it was for mice control at our duplex in BayView. Now in 8/2026 it was for yellow jackets at our house in South Milw. You can count on Jerry for doing a great service! He is thorough & explains his whole process. We were VERY pleased with him! Highly recommend him.
PS: well worth the price.
