A+ customer service from the team. They were accommodating with scheduling. John was thorough in his evaluation of my low pressure shower and fixed the issue on the same day he performed the evaluation. Highly recommend!

Hi John, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations, we'd like to provide a little additional context so future clients have a complete understanding of the project.

During our visit, our Service Expert was asked to evaluate the installation of a bathroom vanity top and faucet—not simply replace a faucet. As part of that evaluation, he also identified existing shut-off valves that were in poor condition, including one that was actively leaking. Before any new plumbing fixtures could be installed, those issues needed to be addressed to ensure the installation could be completed safely and reliably.

Our Service Expert performed a thorough evaluation, explained his findings, and presented multiple solution options with upfront pricing so you could make an informed decision. While we understand that our recommendations and pricing may not have aligned with your expectations, we never want to compromise on the quality or safety of the work we perform.

While we're sorry we weren't the right fit for this project, we sincerely appreciate the opportunity to meet with you and wish you all the best.
I loved everything about my experience with Jersey boys plumbing. This is the best company I've had the pleasure of doing business with from the initial call to the completion of the job took less than 2 days and every aspect was top notch. Do yourself a favor and call Jersey boys first!
