Excellent and quick communicator. After trying to sell our home on our own and dealing with multiple no-shows, I was becoming increasingly frustrated. On a Monday, I reached out to Jess and told her I wanted the house on the market as soon as possible. She immediately got things moving, arranging professional photos and scheduling an open house for the following Sunday. Showings began that same day, and by Thursday, we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, less than a week later, the buyer backed out of the contract. I was extremely disappointed and discouraged, but Jess was there to reassure me and help me stay positive throughout the setback. By Saturday afternoon, the house was back on the market, and by Monday morning, we had another accepted offer.
