I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Sawyer! She was incredibly kind, personable, and gentle throughout my entire eye exam. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, she listened carefully to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed, even though there were customers in the waiting room, and I truly felt heard and cared for. I’m so happy that the Arrowhead dr location in Independence now has a permanent eye doctor, and I’m even happier that Dr. Sawyer is the one there! I was so impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion. I will definitely be making her my primary eye doctor. I feel very confident knowing she’ll be taking care of my eye health. The entire office staff was also kind, professional, and efficient. From start to finish, everyone made me feel welcome and well cared for. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Sawyer and the Arrowhead team!
