ANDY KARABATSOS came to my house soon after I called, to fix my stuck main drain. Another plumber had told me that I probably needed to have the cement removed and basement dug out to fix plumbing underneath. Andy fixed the drain in about 1/2 hour! He was very nice and explained everything well. This saved me a ton of time & thousands of dollars!

I had Jason and Jordan come out, to what they thought was a a sink plug. He'd advised to look at main line, after some more explination of continuing issues. After cleaning main we found issues in potentially city pipes, that will continue to cause us issues. Thanks for all the help and advice for future!
