A bit disappointed, after I sold some jewelry at what should have been fair value, I soon realized after research that I got much lower payout then what was discussed. Please do your research and calculate what your gold and silver is worth before stepping into this store. Lost about 15% of what it should have been. Just for clarity so people dont think I am just complaining to complain. Here is the calculation breakdown after I learned I got swindled. I sold a 10k gold chain weighing 4.5 penny oz. There is 20 penny oz in one troy Oz. As of yesterday the gold spot price was roughly $4098.00 per Troy Oz. That would mean that 4.5 penny oz of pure gold would be worth $922.50. Since 10k jewelry contains only 41% of pure gold that would make that necklace worth $378 melt value. Understandably no place would ever pay out 100%. The guy who worked there that did the evaluation said they paid out 70%. So what I should have received for just the one necklace and there were multiple pieces by the way, should have been $265, I received $216. In all I was probably scammed out of $150 to $200. I understand I should have done the research but how unethical and immoral can a jewelry store be? I guess its to the pawn shop next time, maybe someone there will be truthful. I will be contacting the Georgia Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Agenecy about this matter.

My Fiancée and I came in this afternoon with a loose custom engagement ring from a different company, Michael was very kind and helpful figuring out the issue. He even gave us a temporary fix until we can send it to the original company. Thankful for your help! 10/10 recommend.

This has been my favorite place to find and buy valuable, beautiful and often eccentric pieces of jewlery with the help of the always incredible staff. I came in to trade my old engagement ring and he worked with me to fund a trade that felt perfect for both of us. After he helped me find a gorgeous trade- literally about an hour worth of him digging through his backstock- he also installed the two charms onto my personal charm necklace. This store has been where I go to hunt down pieces to save up for. Its been a joy to work with them for the 7 years ive lived here in savannah and so amazing to make one last little trade as a local. PLEASE go see the lovely people and owner of this incredible store that deeply cares about their customers happiness and satisfaction.
