Jimmy helped us in an emergency situation. He came same day I called. Our drains were holding water and toilet wasn’t flushing. He was able to identify and explain the problem to me. He also gave me different routes we could take to solve the problem. The next morning, was able to remove old busted pipe, under concrete and replace with a clean out. Showed me the video of him running the camera through the pipes. Price was great! Definitely recommend and will be using this company in the future.

Uncooperative neighbors waste line was cracked and leaks into OUR garage. JG’s experience and skill set says, well, we can repair it from your side, but obviously needs to R&R our waste line to access the neighbors. Jimmy’s been amazing with our prior plumbing emergencies (the subterranean supply line crack at the OTHER neighbor, bro in-law re-pipe after discovering 3 leaks aside from the primary) so JG is our absolute go to and top recommendation. Truly professional work.
Steve, thank you so much for the incredible review and for continuing to trust JG Plumbing & Rooter with your plumbing needs! We truly appreciate your loyalty and your recommendation. Jimmy and our team take great pride in finding solutions, especially when dealing with challenging situations like this one. We’re glad we could put our experience to work and get the repair handled professionally. Thank you again for making JG your go-to plumbing team. We’re always here when you need us!
