Jiffy Lube
Jiffy Lube at a glance
Customers frequently praise the Cedar Rapids location for its rapid service, often completing oil changes and additional repairs like tire rotations in under twenty minutes. Staff are described as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, with several reviewers noting an absence of aggressive upselling. However, a recurring criticism involves pricing, with some customers reporting costs higher than local dealerships and dissatisfaction with incomplete complimentary services such as vacuuming or fluid top-offs.
