Everybody here at this company are always professional and very well educated and polite! I have used them for Plumbing and I have used them for heat pump repair and they always knock it out of the park. They’re very clean, very organized and very knowledged
I had a very good experience with Dorsey & son. Kyle came to fix a leak under the sink in my half bathroom. He was excellent. Very polite & explained to me why it was leaking & showed me what he replaced. He did a great job! I highly recommend Dorsey & Son.

simple bidet replacement .. which is already done half way through .. wayyyy overpriced to replace and also don't think quality work done attached too far back.

Happy with the service Brad provided from Jim Dorsey & Son. He arrived on time, was polite, listened to the problem and then went right to diagnosing. He kept systematically working at it until the problems were resolved and the boiler was running properly again. Will definitely hire them in the future for any future issues or projects. Appreciate Brads service, skills and advice.

Just had my home converted from oil to gas with Jim Dorsey and Son. Excellent service and they did a great job cleaning the area after removing my old system. I had gotten other prices but went with the reviews. I made a great choice. This is the only plumber I will be using in the future. Update**" 10/5/2026 Still have the same heating system they installed! Still works fantastic!! Had an addition put on and needed to split a zone. Jim Dorsey and sons came out, split the zone. Cost less than the quote from Gem and was done in a day! Best install and service ❤️
