For many years using Jitterbug, there were 2 times when I had to call back because of wasps and hornets came back to my granddaughter's swing set. The technician came over the next morning and one other time. I have never had any problems since, but know that if a problem came up, it would be handled quickly. My son-in-law is a happy customer now too.
Jake with Jitterbug has been extraordinary. Quick with responses, never hesitates to explain process and always flexible for appointment availability.
I have been with Jitterbug for many years. They are very professional and attentive, fair price, and very quick responses for the concerns I have. I highly recommend Jitterbug for your pest management.
We’ve been jitterbuggin’ loyally for many years now - first at our house in Highland, now in SLC (Jitterbug North). Jake is awesome. Communicative, friendly, helpful, and thorough with our treatments. We appreciate the flexibility and totally trust him with our property. Thanks, Jake!
I had a great experience with Jitterbug! Jake came out just two days after I called about my earwig and ant problem. He walked me through everything he was going to do, and got the inside and outside of my house completely covered! He was very knowledgeable and professional while still finding ways to connect with…
First time using Jitterbug after a neighbor’s glowing recommendation! I had another pest control company for a little over a year when I decided to make the switch to Jitterbug and I can honestly say I like these guys better than our previous company. The previous company had come 2 days prior to spray our house…

Can’t recommend Jake enough. We’ve been having him service our property for years after spotting some black widows and dealing with moles in the yard. He has consistently shown up and we have no issues with pests. Jake always has a smile on his face and is super friendly!
I've been very happy with Jitterbug Pest Control. Great company to work with...always friendly and professional. I highly recommend using their service.
I've been using Jitterbug for over 5yrs for quarterly treatments for bugs. They are always very nice, on time, and I never see any spiders in the house. On the rare occasions on when I have needed additional service (it's only happened twice) they've come out for free for a touch up. Great customer service. Great company.
I am absolutely over the moon impressed with this company!<br>We had them come spray inside and out and I cannot believe how many dead bugs I have found around the perimeter of my house (that's a good thing- the spray did its job!). Over a month later and it is still protecting our house. They were fast and professional. Couldn't reccomend enough
Jitterbug Pest Control is AMAZING! We won't use anyone else. Everyone that has ever come out to our house has been unbelievably kind. They've also been super knowledgeable and been able to take care of every pest problem we've thrown their way. Highly recommend them!
Jitterbug is an _awesome_ company! I've worked with them for a couple of years, and highly recommend them to anyone who asks for a pest control company. They helped us understand how best to deal with the pests in our home, and did an awesome job of eradicating them really quickly! I will be reaching out to them again if pests ever become a problem again!
Jitterbug does awesome work. Always timely and responsive. Great to work with!
They are by far the best pest control company I have ever used! They have open communication about everything they do and when. They addressed EVERY concern I've ever had. They are thorough and since we started using them we haven't had any pests! And comparing to the previous companies I've used their prices are very fair. Use this company!!
We have used quite a few companies over the years... Jitterbug is by far the BEST! On time, easy to get a hold of, and every member of staff I have come in contact with has been friendly and professional.
