Customers frequently praise the company for professional, fast window and door installations, screen repairs, and reasonable pricing. Positive feedback highlights efficient service, friendly communication, and attention to detail during projects. However, negative reviews cite a pattern of missed appointments, unreturned communication attempts, and installation errors such as incorrect window sizing that caused water leaks.

Jesus is fantastic — professional, efficient, and so personable. He repaired three window screens in less than 30 minutes and did a beautiful job. Super diligent and reasonably priced. I’d absolutely call him again.
Jesus and Ramiro were great. They repaired the screens in my home. Going above and beyond doing their best to Accommodate me. I will be using their services again in the future.
Horrible! Installed a couple windows and a sliding glass door in less then 6 hours! And it was very inexpensive. However, the windows leaked water eveytime it rained. Could never get a hold of them to cone repair windows. Had another company cone to look repair them. Apparently they order the wrong size window and put it in anyway leaving a 2inch gap around the window and covered it up. Do not use this company unless you want to spend $1k in repairs.
What a Hater lol I don’t even know you. I never installed windows For You I don’t Know. Who you are It’s funny That’s why you don’t put your face on your profile. Keep Hating

Whoa!!! I want to give Jose 10 Stars What an amazing company.👏 👏. It was around 5:00pm and I was searching on line desperately for a contractor to fix my front door that my tile person cut bottom of door wrong so door allowed to much air into our in house etc. I called a few shops closed or they said we can't help you. Then I tried one more time and I found JJ Window and doors Jose and contractor with him amazing team friendly and professional front the time he picked up the phone. I explained my situation with the door and someone elses attempt to fix it and they said it can't be repaired. Jose said I can fix it and he came that evening asap and they were as friendly in person as on the phone, kinda like Superman they came within time frame he said they would provided a text map to see he was on his way. Not only did they fix my door they were funny and such a pleasure to talk to. They stayed until the job was done and done right . They even went to Homedepot for me bought the parts and installed them at a reasonable price. We can't say Thank you so much enough, we will definitely call you again. The Best Door Company around I highly recommend you call JJ Window and Door company first they are the Best 👌
You can’t beat the price and work that Jesus and his team does. Will most certainly recommend to others.
