They're super efficient and professional, arrive on time, and get the job done at a reasonable price.
Two things worth calling out:
1. They work in a big group, so if you have multiple trees that need to get trimmed at the same time, they can get it done very quickly. This gives you a much more flexible schedule to arrange your day.
2. I actually asked them to follow up on some remaining debris on the roof, and they returned and cleaned it so professionally.
I greatly appreciate their work and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs tree service in the Bay Area!

I had an excellent experience with JJI Tree Service. They removed three mature oak trees and trimmed three other large oak trees near my house. They also offered the most competitive price among the companies I contacted.
From start to finish, their service was exceptional. They carefully protected the house and surrounding areas during the work, and their cleanup afterward was very thorough. The crew was professional, careful, and respectful of the property.
They also went above and beyond when it came to taking care of the surrounding area. My neighbor has red mulch in their backyard, and some of the mulch became discolored during the tree removal. JJI Tree Service brought in matching red mulch and restored the affected area for my neighbor. I really appreciated that they took the initiative to make things right even though it wasn’t directly my property.
They also provided excellent follow-up service. After the initial trimming, I noticed that too many pigeons were resting on one of the trees and leaving droppings all over my front yard. I contacted them, and they came back and trimmed the tree again to address the issue.
It’s rare to find a tree service that combines competitive pricing, quality workmanship, attention to detail, and genuinely great customer service. I highly recommend JJI Tree Service!

Joaquin was prompt to respond and come out and give us a quote. We were able to schedule his services within a few days. His workers arrived when they said they would and they did a great job trimming our trees. They did a great job cleaning up after. I would use them again. Don't delay and give him a call for an estimate.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Joaquin and team removed a large tree from a very tight space and handled the job with great care and left the area clean and tidy.
The entire process went smoothly, and we were very pleased with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services. Will be using them for any other tree work we need in the future!

Let me first say, Joaquin and his team responded, then showed up on the dot. They were polite, knew their tree science, and also provided free advice for my two older Sycamores. I needed some quick review of my young Maple for watering issues and heat shock. They gave solid advice and good recommendations. I expect to do much more business with Joaquin and JJI Tree Services in the future. Phil
