Customers frequently cite quick turnaround times, fair pricing, and clear communication regarding repairs for devices like consoles, phones, and laptops. Recurring themes include the shop's ability to handle complex micro-soldering tasks and its responsive customer service. However, a minority of low-star reviews describe inconsistent repair quality, high labor costs for simple parts, and unprofessional behavior, including poor communication and disputed billing practices.

Service was prompt and pleasant and straightforward. PS5 needed an HDMI replaced. They checked it in front of me to confirm the problem and gave me a price. Done in a couple hours and they were kind enough to fix up the cooling pack on the inside as well. Showed me pictures of the repair. Thank you for the 5 star experience.

What a treasure this place is not only is the customer service top notch but the actual repair was done quick and was top notch. They can source almost anything to repair your tech as well as how they offer a variety of services and the price was cheaper than every place i called. If you have any issues this is going to be your number one spot.
