Your female employee from your Salem location driving a silver Jeep. Is a danger and has been pushing other drivers off the road flashing their flashes brights at people. running their hazards and illegally passing people and families on double double yellow line roads! Your employee is reckless endangerment to other people and families on the road!!! I also have video of their driving behavior it just won't let me upload it only photos!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Kai, the owner of JL Appliance, and her staff! When my family suddenly needed a range in a pinch, we were working with a tight budget and needed someone who could help us find an affordable solution quickly. Kai went above and beyond to make that happen!
Not only did she make it possible for us to get a range, but she also helped us get a matching refrigerator, dishwasher, and hood microwave! What started as a stressful situation turned into such a positive experience, and we are incredibly grateful.
The entire experience was fast, friendly, and affordable. You can tell that Kai genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. In a time when everything is so expensive, finding a business that treats people with kindness, works with your budget, and makes you feel taken care of means more than words can say.

JL's Appliance repair did a excellent repair on my JennAir down draft electric range, replacing the control panel. They arrived on time, provided competent repair and cleaned up after. All for a reasonable price.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and recommend them to you!

I walked into JL Appliance so frustrated with my current washer and dryer. I talked with the owner at length about what I didn’t like with the set I had and what I was looking for. She was an excellent listener and showed me a set that met all my requirements. The set was delivered today and set up by her people. Right now I am happily doing laundry and getting the job done…just like how JL Appliance got the job done!!!!!

I called about needing a new fridge for my elder father to store all his medicine. The owner was extremely efficient to handle the situation almost immediately. delivery was smooth and easy, they even took the old fridge so we didn’t have to dispose of it. Would highly recommend!
