Great work , Great guy and Great Price I highly Recommend!! Awesome job.
John did an AMAZING job with our two flat screen TVs! He was so friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was on time, precise and go the job done. Our TVs look so perfect, and we are very happy with the services. John hung one of our TVs above our fireplace, which I really love. He spent a little extra time to make sure it looked perfect. Thank you, John. We will be calling you soon to have our RING installed!
I made a call to Jon just based on a simple Google search. Jon was on the phone with me for at least 15 minutes hearing out my entire problem with my security system installed by another company 3 years ago. Jon said the would stop by my house the next day and would take a quick look. We both determined that the existing system was not viable. He came up with new equipment package that was very reasonable and was able to get it shipped to him overnight as we had a deadline due to pending vacation. Jon installed the equipment today and made certain everything worked properly and explained all aspects of managing the system in terms that were easily understandable. Jon pricing was more than competitive. If you add that with his kindness and the great person he is it is like a huge bonus. I 110% would recommend him to anyone who wants their A/V projects addressed by a consummate professional.
John was great. He was super friendly and really professional. He was very knowledgeable in what he does and was very thoughtful of me being in a wheelchair he accommodated all of my needs for the install. We’ve had him uninstall move and reinstall one tv. And we just hired him to install a tv and it went great and looks great. We want him to install another tv for us. Great quality of service. And the install looks great.
This fellow is great. Excellent work, wonderful service, fair price, presented great ideas, and was definitely more than we even hoped to expect. I highly recommend him!
I contacted Jonathan from jmoaudiovideo as I was receiving terrible customer service from a company that I had purchased a tv and install from. I am happy to say that he went out of his way to complete our install the next morning. He is very professional and makes sure the job is 100% before they leave. I would highly recommend him and his company.
Thank you very very much Kelly for the five star review it is greatly appreciated. I am truly sorry that you had a very poor experience with another company that you paid to have your equipment installed by. I am truly happy and glad that we were able to get out to your residence the following day and get all of that equipment installed correctly. I am more than happy to hear that you are Beyond satisfied with our company and customer service. Again thank you very much for the five star review it is greatly appreciated
Called around 945am and he was at the house by 11. Job was finished by about 1215. He was precise, thorough, and explained the job the entire way through. He did really, really nice work mounting a TV on a plaster wall with hidden studs over a fireplace. Appears flawless. Price was more than reasonable. I can highly recommend his work.
I greatly greatly appreciate the five star review Frank. It was my pleasure to be able to assist you on same day service today on March 20th 2019. It was also my pleasure to be able to mount your TV for you and your family and also am very happy to hear you are Beyond satisfied. I greatly appreciate the business and again thank you very much for the review. Jonathan the owner
