John was absolutely incredible and I'd recommend him to anyone! I’d give a higher rating than perfect if I could. He was responsive when we called, arrived quickly, found the problem quickly, clearly communicated the problem, was perfectly transparent about turnaround time, did the work on the stated timeline, charged a very fair price, and was generally a delight.
We discover a water leak from our ceiling shortly after we got up at 6:30am on a very rainy day after Christmas. John's House Improvement came up in the Google search my wife did during breakfast. After reading his stellar reviews, she called him. He was at the Lowe's not far from our house and was at our door shortly afterward and then went up on the roof and quickly assessed the issue. He showed us the video of cracked vent covers and gave us a price for the work. We agreed. He and a partner were back up on the roof by 11:30 and done by 12:30. He showed us a video of the completed work, and we happily paid him! What we were afraid would be a major issue was addressed in just over 4 hours! We'd highly recommend John's House Improvement and Services!

I had a great experience working with John. He was very responsive to my initial request and came out quickly to inspect my roof. He clearly explained the issue and showed picture and video evidence of the damage, which I really appreciated. After completing the repair, he also shared pictures and video of the work he did. John fixed the problem right away and did an excellent, professional job. His pricing was very fair as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs.

I cannot say enough good things about John and his services. Last Friday, the rain and wind caused a hairline crack in my roof, which resulted in water leaking through a vent in my laundry room. We had such a pleasant experience with John and would recommend him highly. I contacted John for roof check because we found singles laying on the yard after the strong wind. He came the same day for inspection and quoted very reasonable price for the whole roof repair. The roof was fixed next day , right before another wind hits hard.
