Awesome group of people. Not to many places you can call find out they have the washing machine you are looking for, pay for it, have it delivered and hooked up all before noon. I want to thank them for the great customer service. Look forward to dealing with you in the future.
Johns sales and service went above and beyond when my water heater went out. Gina scheduled me in for first thing the next morning after calling the previous late afternoon. Marty was the installer and was nothing short of amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I would give 10 stars! Highly recommended!

Have had a rough run in with contractors here in IL lately. But if I knew the place right down the road existed with its amazing staff. I would had my issues taken care of WAY sooner. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and honest staff. As in, they aren’t going to do half a job, and wish you luck. If they cannot do it, they will definitely let you know. No risks, just good people doing gods work.
Service man was polite and very informative when I asked questions. Clean and respectful.a gentleman.Installed new water heater.
Furnace stopped working late at night and within 30 min of my call they were at my house working on it. Only took them 30 min or so to fix my blower unit that failed. Price was very reasonable for an emergency service. I will be using them for all future HVAC issues. Thanks guys!!!

Had a little bit of an issue with John’s for a second, but the owner went above and beyond to make sure that he didn’t lose me as a customer. This is how all companies should act. Your customers are everything. This company acknowledged their mistakes and did what was necessary to make it right. I cannot compliment them enough. If you are looking for quality service, you’ve found it.
They answered promptly and came to my house for an ac issue. It was a Monday morning and was charged up front $260 dollars after just an evaluation with no receipt just to tell me I needed a complete new system.
