The guy ghosted me for a 10:30 appointment for two houses that we had made days prior.
My entire family wanted to help out with the house hunting so we waited in front of the property for half and hour.
John did not answer the phone when I tried to reach out to him twice.
Thanks John, you are an amazing realtor, best of lucks.

John was more than helpful and goes above and beyond to provide the best experience. He was able to negotiate and get our rent lower. Would definitely recommend!

Hi HJ, I’m sorry you had this experience. I could not locate an appointment or messages matching the date and time described, so it may have involved another agent. I take scheduled appointments seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, confirm what happened, and help resolve it.

John was very helpful during our home purchase process. My wife and I saw a wide range of properties but John remained adamant that we shouldn't settle for something that wasn't right for us, even in a crazy real estate market. Inevitably John showed us a project house that needed renovations, connected us to an architect and contractor, and helped us complete the purchase of the house. I would recommend John to anyone.

Thank you Brad! I’m happy to help and we’ll be in touch throughout the renovations!
