Google reviewers rate the tree service five stars based on 280 reviews, frequently citing professional crews, punctual arrivals, and thorough cleanup after removing or trimming trees. Customers often note clear communication and reasonable pricing for services ranging from stump grinding to preserving mature trees. However, two lower-rated reviews describe a pattern where initial inspections were followed by a lack of response to follow-up inquiries regarding estimates or tree health assessments.

First rate company….friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and customer focused! Highly recommended!
Thanks so much for your recommendation Steven, that means a lot to us!
Our project was substantial - seven very large trees on a heavily treed, two-acre lot. John’s crew had top notch equipment and did a superb job of falling the trees, chipping the branches and removing the waste. They also worked with us to minimize the amount of clean up. They made safety a priority and were pleasant to have on our property. They are pros; I highly recommend them.
Thanks so much Gregg! Yes safety is our top priority and satisfaction our goal! Let me know if you need any other support for your stump removal, it sounds like we will be up there again in the near future as some of your neighbors have signed on.
I hired John and his crew to remove three trees from our property. Communication was great, the crew showed up on time and did a very professional job, and the price is by far the best. All in all, I couldn't be happier!
Thank you for this review Francis! I'm glad everything went so smoothly! We look forwards to serving all your tree needs in the future!
Did a terrific job clearing branches from our front deck and roof line.
This is a great company. John came and viewed my dead cedar tree in the backyard and made a reasonable estimate. Today the tree was taken down by an incredibly gifted young man. He climbed up the tree and, in expert fashion, cut off the branches and lowered them carefully onto the ground. This is dangerous work and he excelled at it. His assistant hauled away the tree branches non-stop, which was enormous physical work! They worked without stopping for seven hours. The stump still needs to be grinded, but I am very impressed by the professional job they have done so far.
Thank you Petra for this glowing review! We take pride in what we do, and are pleased you appreciate it! I will be reaching out to you in the next few days/weeks to discuss scheduling for your additional work.
Quick, efficient service and affordable pricing. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much Nicolle! We enjoy working with you!
Took care of our twisted willow tree and was able to smooth out any communication details
Thank you Victoria! We know that communication is always a skill we are improving on, thanks for the opportunity to gain your trust!
