Working with Johnstone Dumpsters was by far the easiest part of our renovations. It was very easy to set up a drop off time through the website. Jesse was awesome to work with. Scheduling a rental was super easy through their website. When rain came and delayed my roofing project by a day, Jesse was able to accommodate my rental drop off no problem. I will definitely be using these guys for any future projects where I need a dumpster. Pricing was also very fair and at market rate.

I never thought I'd be sitting here writing an enthusiastic five-star review about a dumpster, but here we are. And frankly, Johnstone Dumpsters deserves every single star.
Let me start with how this adventure began.
Like any reasonable person needing a dumpster, I initially contacted Waste Management. You know, the giant company whose entire business model revolves around collecting garbage? Well, apparently, actually *renting someone a dumpster* wasn't high on their list of priorities. I practically had to beg them to take my money. At one point, I started wondering if I needed to submit a résumé, three references, and a letter of recommendation just to get a giant metal box delivered to my driveway.
After realizing that Waste Management apparently had enough money and didn't need any of mine, I decided to explore privately owned dumpster companies. That's when I discovered Johnstone Dumpsters, and let me tell you, it was like going from the DMV to a five-star resort. Except instead of a complimentary cocktail, I got a dumpster. Which, honestly, was exactly what I wanted.
The reservation process? Ridiculously easy. Almost suspiciously easy. I kept waiting for the catch, the paperwork, the inevitable phone call explaining why something couldn't be done. Nope. Just good old-fashioned customer service from a company that actually seemed interested in having customers.
And then came delivery day.
They showed up ON TIME.
Everything went flawlessly. No drama. No confusion. No logistical gymnastics. Just a dumpster, delivered exactly as promised, by people who clearly know what they're doing.
What I had mentally prepared myself for as a monumental pain in the rear turned out to be one of the smoothest transactions I've experienced in a long time.
If you need a dumpster, save yourself the aggravation of dealing with a corporate behemoth that apparently considers paying customers an inconvenience. Call Johnstone Dumpsters instead.
They're professional, reliable, punctual, and refreshingly easy to work with. They understand a revolutionary business concept: when someone wants to give you money in exchange for a service, you actually provide that service!
10/10! Would absolutely rent a giant metal box from these people again.
