10 years ago, I bought my condo with the help of Simon Cruz and Jon Bye & Associates. When it came time to transition, I sold the condo, again with Simon, earlier this year. When the next step comes, I will choose the same. You cannot go wrong with the Jon Bye crew or Simon Cruz and you will not be disappointed.
