This professionalism writ large. I had an issue with a Long Term Care contract but no lawyer. I picked Jon at random; called his office at 5PM and introduced myself. His assistant transferred me immediately. Jon said “my approach is to evaluate policies before engaging… please send the policy and your narrative” He was comforting and acutely aware of the policies, the company’s background and our options. He immediately guided my language of communication and the roadmap for interactions. Under his guidance, the company relented. Bottom Line? A professional with great guidance and facility.

I cannot speak highly enough of my interaction with Attorney Jonathan Feigenbaum. I was denied long term disability after a lengthy review after which, the dread and uncertainty of what's next was weighing heavily. Thankfully, I found Attorney Feigenbaum online, he reviewed my case and determined we had a good shot to get it overturned. It was a lengthy but thorough process, but the decision was finally reversed.
To be able to successfully overturn a case, you need a lot of teamwork and he was the perfect teammate. He is able to explain things very clearly and lay out a path to follow. Communication is very timely and he is willing to answer any questions you may have.
The whole process was very complicated and there is no way I would have been able to win the appeal myself. It is nice to feel like you have someone in your corner fighting for your best interests. I highly recommend Attorney Feigenbaum to anyone in a similar situation.

I can’t say enough about Attorney Feigenbaum. He helped me with my original long-term disability application and approval over 11 years ago, and when I needed help again, he was there right away, just as dedicated and sharp as ever.
He really knows ERISA law inside and out. He explained everything in a way I could actually understand, kept in touch the whole time (even after hours), and treated me like a person, not just another case. His advice was always right on the mark, and he stayed calm even when I was completely stressed out.
