Hey Mr. Miller, Thank you for taking the time out to leave me a review. I think my stomach is still hurting from all the laughing we did. We were still working though. I also appreciate that you were diligent in reaching out within the 3-4 hours’ time we spent together gathering the documents we needed to complete an honest and accurate return. I also appreciate that you were “BIG” on not claiming one cent that you could not prove. That’s a huge plus for me because I strive to make sure that I am compliant with the IRS, their rules and regulations. Never-the-less, we were digging and jogging memories to find what we could rely on. We worked tirelessly together and included your wife who was able to dig further and find all the deductions we needed with proof. Thank You so much for that. We were on a deadline as today is the 15th and we needed that information pronto!!! We got it done. I also enjoyed your personality, your since of humor and the sheer amount of patience you showed. Just seeing that within itself will make me refer you and your business to any client, customer, friend or associate to anyone needing gutter repairs or replacement. You have a very humble and kindle spirit. I also listened to the way you responded to a client on the phone and the generous way in which you went out of yours to accommodate a change in scheduling to make it work. That’s hard to find these days. Yeah I was paying attention and keeping up with my job at the same time. My little brain works like a PC, it stores so much without me having to keep up with it. I also want to mention the fact that this was also your first time visiting and doing business with me after finding me from a google search and as soon as you left my office, I received a google review that summed up all I’m writing in (3) sentences. Good morning Mr. Folds, I know it's been a little over 6 months since you wrote me a review, and trust me it didn’t go unnoticed. I probably didn’t know how to respond because the review was so GRAND. (Just kidding) No matter the scale, I receive them with humility because you took the time out of your busy schedule to leave me a review when you didn’t have to. I just want to say that I’m so grateful and honored to have you and your family as my clients. For one, this was your first year coming to me after being referred to me by another client of mine which is a gift within itself. So, thank you so much for taking the time to write this review! Mr. Humphries, Mr. Humphries, You are a hot mess, Silly, Funny, Hilarious, Comical, and all the above. It was a pleasure getting to know you from the first time you hit my door. You were clowing right off the bat, but serious when it came down to your money and the business you came to see me about. You wasn't slipping one bit about making sure all your numbers lined up. You funny, but you have a humbled - down to earth spirit, so much so, that I was trying to introduce you to one of my family members that is single. You were a delight to get to know, it was easy breasy talking with you about everything under the sun. It was like we was catching up from old times, yet it was our first time meeting each other.
