Reviewers highlight the location's function as a distribution center offering overnight parking, clean restrooms, and showers for truck drivers. Customers frequently praise the speed of the pickup process and the friendly staff who assist with loading. However, some complaints involve delivery delays due to weather, incorrect time windows, and concerns regarding furniture quality or financing fees.

I know that I'm late sharing, but I remembered that the experience/delivery was great. Especially as it was during the pandemic... no issues at all. Plus, the item that I'd bought, is still in good condition. Thank you!
This is not a store. Just a distribution center. You can pick up furniture here or at one of the stores. All deliveries leave out of here. There is a bathroom and popcorn for customers.
I cleared out my whole schedule and took apart the old bed frame to prepare for the bed that was supposed to come, which never arrived at all because the truck supposedly got stuck in the snow almost 4 days after the snowstorm. The person I talked to on the phone was not personable and had no clear answers. I wish they had told me they were not coming today rather than pushing it back even further, wasting a whole day. Now I have to clear out my schedule for another day in hopes that the bed will come in… That's what you get for spending so much extra money at a “high-class” furniture store.
jordans is fine, they use TD bank for financing and i would strongly discourage anyone from using TD bank, they are heavy and frequent on fees, to the point where it is likely predatory lending, dont take the bait.
Since you offer everyone the chance that if the Red Sox win the World Series, the items will be free or waived for consumers before the announcement—whether through television commercials or radio broadcasts—everyone can catch the excitement. Up to now, you have been advertising on bed mattresses. Currently, the advertising with Jordan Broadcasts aims to hope and pray for your market to succeed among consumers. However, I must remark that Jordan Furniture's advertisements show a lack of respect for the hearing-impaired community, including those who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have late deafness. These groups are often unaware of special promotions on television because Jordan Furniture has not offered closed captioning in their advertisements. It would be better to see such practices discontinued. I hope our adult community recognizes that the company shows greed by trying to save costs and forgetting to provide tax credits, which demonstrates a disrespectful attitude towards hearing-impaired and physically disabled individuals.
Check in is the second door, don’t waste your time going to the first door…..
Great customer Easton delivery and overnight parking
Verry easy to pickup here . Also can stay overnight outside the gate
Thought it was a showroom.
Great experience. Bought a nightstand in Avon, drove here to pick it up. Guys inside came right up to me when I entered the lobby. From the time I entered the lobby to the time I left was at most 5 minutes. As an added bonus the guy who got my nightstand gave my windshield a squeegee… wasn’t expecting it, but I’ll take it!
