Dr. Bikowski was so fast I am not sure he diagnosed me properly. I had 2 moles that I was concerned about and he took all of 2 seconds to look at them and tell me what he thought they were and he could laser them off. His manner is very off-putting, not at all patient-friendly, and a bit condescending. I don't need…

They try and push their cosmetic line. If you have a skin issue go to a actual provider. The PA tries hard to act as if she's a doc but is not even the slightest bit knowledgeable. Possibly only in cosmetics... that's where the money is. Shame. When you walk in its obvious the place is full of botox and lip fillers.…

I got another opinion this year and its rosacea that's needs cleared up. I was prescribed Ivermecrin which im seeing resukts with already in the first day... Any doctor who thinks its okay to weaken your immune system by prescribing doxy for months is checked out in my opinion...

She actively listened, acknowledging my questions and concerns. She explained things at length and basically validated my interest in getting a second opinion!! After this visit, I felt assured in her diagnosis and treatment plan. And happy that I trusted my gut by getting a second opinion!! The office staff was great too! Everyone was very polite and worked efficiently to get us in and out. Also, the appointment was scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and accommodated our schedule. Overall, I would definitely recommend Emily Penz to my friends and family!!

I don't need to be coddled for sure but I do want to have things explained to me and his Medical Assistant explained more to me than he did. Maybe she should get the insurance payments, lol. I felt like he was more interested in getting his dictation completed. His staff, however, are excellent and caring and they should get a 5 star review.

When I went to check in, I was greeted by Casey and Nicole.They were absolutely amazing and you can tell they Love there job.They were so sweet. Then I was greeted by the nurse Joni.She took back to the room. Joni after all the questions and concerns I felt like I knew her for years!! Then came Dr.Bikowski, He is the Greatest! We sat down and Joni was there and yet again I felt like I knew both forever. Dr. Bikowski is through, caring, puts your mind at ease. He new exactly what was the problem. I just want to say if you looking for a excellent all around best Dermatologist and staff, go see Bikowski and there his wonderful staff! Thank you , Kelly
