Josh and his team did everything that they said they would do in the advertisements! They were able to find a buyer for our home in a timely manner, answer all our questions, and make the entire process from offer to closing smooth and stress-free. If you're looking to move and move quickly, then Josh is who you should call!
What a wild ride~ let me explain. My experience with this team been an absolute testament to how well a service works. My situation called on both side of the team, yes I was buying and selling at the same time! So can you imagine the amount of people that takes? I don't know but I they kept it all organized and did an amazing job of communicating. Lois and Josh were on the selling team and they came in, looked the place over and within 2 days I had an offer. I selected cash offer as is buyout which is easier I guess in that there is no shopping or sitting on the market for months. The information given never waivered and they did just what they said when they said! Now the deal was you can't sell it before you find me a place to live! Send in the Meredith! This young lady became superwoman to me. Let me explain. I work in a busy hospital and I am ALWAYS on the phone or unavailable other than text or emails. Well that was just not ideal for Meredith but I needed it. She reached out and said I need to be able to talk to you in detailed and that's too much (in so many words) but I got the message! We found our rhythm and danced all the way to closing! Meredith texted, sent emails and called to make sure I got every message. She really understood my schedule and workflow and made the process so much easier. She texted me late after work hours and weekends just to make sure I understood everything and was paying attention! That really meant alot to me because I needed her to do all this as if she was doing it for herself and just tell me about or something and pay when she say pay, etc. Why?! Because she made me that comfortable that our connection was so good she would know and see it like I would and handle it. I know that is crazy when buying a house but that's my truth. I trusted her judgement and it definitely paid off. Meredith and I would talk and she understood my priorities and never digressed. We got a really good relationship in a short period of time. And as if that wasn't enough for them to get 5 stars, here another reason. I met Lois and Josh mid August and told them I need to sell and buy all by Christmas, in August. We laughed, half heartedly because I knew I was serious and so were they because they did not budge. That is why they get 5 stars. First met Lois and Josh on August 15th (or there about) to the close of my new home October 6! Now where they do that at! Josh Hisaw Team absolutely did that for me and the date never changed!!!!
EDIT TO ADD (I DID live in TN. Military family. Would be happy to attach proof but unnecessary). We worked with Meredith. She became unresponsive. We expressed our concern and our closing randomly got shifted to you- even though we never actually met you in person. It was a bizarre experience. For both buying and selling, we never received a little gift or anything. We’ve done a lot of buying and selling, being military. The experience was very in personable. Felt like a number. Not a very personable experience. I expected help from Josh but always got sent to someone else. Remember feeling upset more than satisfied

We had an amazing experience with Meredith. We weren't planning to purchase a home for another year or so, but we saw our perfect home on the market and wanted to move fast and moved up our timeline. Meredith got to work immediately after we contacted her and got our offer accepted on our dream home. She was great to work with on such a quick timeline and kept us updated the entire time and made sure we were doing what we needed to do on our end to stay on track. We very much appreciated her as she made this sometimes stressful experience a breeze!

Marion Groeneveld is a godsend! I have never been through the process of selling a house prior to meeting with her so I had no idea what to expect. She communicated every step of the way in all forms available as appropriate via email, text, phone calls. She informed me when important emails came in so I did not miss them, she helped me understand the process, she basically held my hand the whole way through. Her knowledge, patience and kindness were my saving grace through a highly stressful time. Hands down I would pick her over and over again whether buying or selling, she has earned a client for life!
