Customers frequently praise the business for its punctuality, thorough cleaning of carpets and upholstery, and fair pricing, often noting that the service restores items to a like-new condition. Positive feedback highlights clear communication, professional conduct, and efficient scheduling, including same-day availability. However, several low-star reviews describe a recurring pattern of missed appointments, repeated cancellations, and a lack of responsiveness to phone calls and texts, leading to frustration and a perception of unreliability.

I used Josh for carpet cleaning and couch cleaning at my home in Lakeville. Great communications, and my carpets look like new! Highly recommended
I just wanted to say we have used zjosh twice and he does good work with a pretty flexible schedule it seems. Worth the money
Hey Robert, thanks for the nice comment and review!
Very happy I decided to call Josh. He did a great job.
Hey thanks for the nice comment and review! Much appreciated!
I used ChatGPT to find a carpet cleaner and Josh’s carpet cleaner and upholstery came up at the very top of the list. I remembered seeing his van in my neighborhood many times before. He's professional and did a terrific job.
I appreciate the feed back and nice comment! It's good to know AI such as ChatGPT is recommending my business. Thanks again!
Josh did a great job with our couch cleaning and bedroom carpets. He was prompt, thorough, and was done quickly. Would recommend!
Hey Jody, thanks for for the nice review! It was nice meeting you and I'm always happy to help! Until we meet again take care!
Josh was professional, and easy to work with. He paid great attention to detail and made my carpets look like new again. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. The whole process was smooth, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality carpet cleaning Thank you !
Thanks Michelle! It was nice to meet you!
Very dishonest business practices. Canceled twice and rescheduled for a third time with him offered us a discount to give him another chance to make it right. Yet when the day came for him to show up he was a no call no show and never responded to any calls or text. You will be wasting your time if you sit and wait for him to show up. I would go else where and hire someone who is more reliable and trustworthy. Would give him zero stars if I could. Added the text conversation so there is no confusion.
Josh was great! Our rugs have never looked better. He was timely in his responses, efficient and his pricing is the best! Happy Medfield customer
