Dr. Carter and all his staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. After my knee replacement every time I called they addressed my concerns.

Outstanding first appointment. Excellent service from support staff. Dr. Carter incredibly pleasant, and very understanding about issues of scheduling and other health issues impacting my planning for surgery. I feel exceptionally reassured and prepared for upcoming surgery after this visit. One of the best medical appointments I’ve ever experienced.

I met with Dr. Carter last week to discuss hip pain. Very nice man. Took almost an hour with me to examine and discuss X-Rays. At this point it appears I don’t need a hip replacement but, in the future if one is needed, this is the man I’ll go to. Thank you for your time and patience Dr. Carter. So, fast fwd a year....turns out I needed both hips replaced. Bummer. Began the process and throughout the whole time Dr. Carter and his staff were excellent. Knowledgeable, calm (when I was not) and most helpful. I'm today @ 5 months for the first and 3 months for the second. Just had my follow up yesterday and everything is as close to prefect as we can get it. Absolutely awesome. I was off my feet for almost a year and now I'm capable of doing almost anything I like or need to do. Everyone as said "it's the best thing you'll ever do". Don't know that I want to sign up for that but in all honesty....I have my life back. I can not express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Carter and staff enough. Thank you. If you've got a hip issue, this is the man to talk to.

Everyone was cheerful, helpful, and professional! The doctor clearly laid out a plan of action moving forward. I was treated with respect at every level.

My mother was waterskiing last summer and skiing with us last Christmas. She chose Dr Carter for her knee replacement so she could continue to enjoy these activities with her grandchildren and travel comfortably, but he failed her. She left his surgical facility without a PT post-op plan in place and was diagnosed with acute femoral neuropathy—a serious, surgical complication that has left her with ongoing burning pain, reduced mobility and limited range of motion — shortly thereafter. She has remained committed to her recovery but felt unsupported in obtaining a clear treatment plan to address this complication. Seeing our strong matriarch struggle by Dr. Carter’s hand has been hard for all of us.

Dr. Carter is great! He patiently listened to me describe the situation, did a thorough examination, and answered my questions.
