Reviewers frequently praise the company for thorough inspections, clear communication, and effective treatment of pests like ants, rodents, and scorpions. Customers often note the professionalism and punctuality of the technicians, along with helpful advice for maintaining a pest-free home. However, some low-star reviews indicate inconsistent service quality, with complaints about missed areas, visible webs, or insufficient treatment. Additionally, a recurring criticism involves sales representatives disregarding no-soliciting signs and pushing unwanted services.

Wonderful service. James B. Went the extra mile and was great with my pets and kids in the way.
This review is music to our ears! Thank you :)
Service clearly was here and the proof: we found a dead scorpion inside our home just in front of our back door.😂 Not sure why they like to come in our house to die. 😬
This pest control company is the best, they got rid of my vermin problem, and Justin helped me out he’s a great honest dude.
Ceiji did an outstanding job 👍
Awesome job by Joshua's team. Nice to be able to walk around the house with no bugs nor spiders getting us..
That's great to hear, Linda! Please give us a call if anything pops up before your next service!
Did a phenomenal job and addressed other concerns I had and took care of those concerns. Could not be happier with the service I received today!!

Blake's explanation is clear and understandable. But the possible date for tenting is is too tight. Wishing to have a few more dates to chose.
This review is music to our ears! Thank you :)
Daniel has been great. He explained the situation and how gophers tend to operate. We caught the gopher within a week or so.
Thanks for the stellar review!
