I hired this company because I was concerned about a leaning tree I had. I wanted an actual arborist to look into the project. after watching the fly by treee crews work, I knew there was no other way… steve walked the property with me. Told me exactly what to concern myself with and what not to. Gave me many helpful tips. Then provided me with a quote later in the day after he was able to put it all together. Little higher than what the fly by crews would have charged, which makes sense considering they have actual knowledge and training! I hired them and a few weeks later Benjamin and his crew came out to do the work. They were respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. They took good care of my trees and did a great job bringing them to shape. They actually wore hard hats and used ropes climbing the trees and bringing limbs down. Impressive, 99% of companies don't have respect for their crews like that. I was very happy with the service I got and will hire them again for the next job. Great company to work with, the crew did an excellent job. Very happy with the work they did.

Ropes and hard hats take more time than the fly-by approach, Nate, and that time shows up in the quote. Stephen walks the property first so you know what deserves your worry and what doesn't, and your leaning tree got a certified arborist assessment before anyone priced a cut. Then Benjamin's crew roped the limbs down and brought your trees back into form with structural pruning. Glad the Frisco job earned a second call. Joshua Tree Experts will be ready for it.
I highly recommend Joshua Tree Experts. They removed 2 large trees for us in a confined place behind our pool and then problem solved how to get in there and grind the stumps to complete the job. They kept us informed as the job moved forward. The team was professional and friendly and cleaned up the areas nicely.

Keeping you posted while the job moves is part of the work, Karin, same as the cleanup at the end. Two large tree removals in a confined spot behind a pool, then working out the stump grinding in a space that tight, takes a crew that plans before it cuts. Glad your Frisco yard came out clean. Joshua Tree Experts appreciates the recommendation.
We are really happy with this company. Always on time. Very professional. Scott explains what he is doing and why. We have several serves with them: Pruning Climbing Rose, deep root Fall liquid fertilizer, Treated Scale and aphids on Crape Myrtle's and mites on Roses, Soil insecticide. The services continue year round for us.

Scale and aphids on the crape myrtles, mites on the roses, a fall deep root fertilization under all of it: that's a year-round plant health care program doing its job, Kathy and Clay. Each visit builds on the last one, which is why Scott walks you through the what and the why every time. On time is part of that deal too. Four seasons of visits in Frisco is a lot of trust to hand Joshua Tree Experts, and we don't take it for granted.
This is the second year in a row that we've used Joshua Tree Experts. They did a fantastic job both times trimming our trees! Scott, the owner, takes the time to tell you exactly what the tree needs for the health of the tree when he gives his free consultation, and his foreman Ben is also very knowledgeable of how and where to cut on the trees for the health of the tree long-term. Everyone is very personable and a pleasure to trust with our trees. I highly recommend this company!

Two years on the same trees gives us a real read on how they respond, DeLayne. Scott's consult spells out what each tree needs, and Ben's crew makes every cut for the tree's health ten years out, not just this summer. That's what structural pruning in Frisco should look like. Next round, we'll check how the canopy filled in after this one and plan from there. Thanks for trusting Joshua Tree Experts with them again.
Excellent and very knowledgeable. From the front end, Stephen quoted a detailed service that will greatly help our landscaping and then Benjamin who is also and Arborist came out with his crew and performed an exceptional pruning and cleanup job. I ask a lot of questions and they were more then willing to help me learn

Ask all the questions you want, Susan. Good questions make a better pruning plan. Stephen builds each quote around what the trees and the beds under them need, and Benjamin's crew follows that plan cut by cut. One thing to know as your landscaping fills in: structural pruning thins the canopy so more light reaches the ground, which is why we plan the tree work and the beds together. Thanks for learning alongside Joshua Tree Experts.
Owner is extremely knowledgeable and listened to our concerns and then offered his recommendations to best fix our issues.

Your concerns told us where to look, so we always focus on listening first and recommend second. On your Allen property, that meant we built the tree pruning plan around the issues you raised. Glad it made sense to you, and thanks for letting Joshua Tree Experts walk it with you.
Stephen provided an excellent consultation of the services offered by Joshua Tree Experts. Benjamin and the crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job trimming my trees and cleaning up the debris! I highly recommend Joshua Tree Experts!! Great company!

Stephen walks every Frisco consult the same way: figure out what the trees need before anyone touches a saw. Benjamin and the crew showed up on time, worked through the tree pruning, and cleared every bit of debris before calling it done. That's the whole job, not just the parts people notice. Thanks for the recommendation, Kristin. Joshua Tree Experts is glad it added up to a great experience.
We hired the Joshua Tree team to prune big trees on our commercial property before our season began and they did not disappoint- these were brutal conditions with the Texas heat but they made it happen - fast, efficient and professional. This was an excellent experience and worth every penny- which was a very reasonable price. Excellent communication, answered emails and texts and explained everything. I will not hesitate to reach out to the Joshua Tree team again for our commercial property.

Getting big oak work done before your season starts is tight even without a heat wave sitting on top of it. Sounds like the crew handled both out in Plano: fast, no corners cut, and clear on communication start to finish. That's what tree pruning should look like, real work at a price that makes sense. Glad Joshua Tree Experts could get your property ready in time. We're here for the next one too.
My trees were all trimmed professionally and the cleanup after was awesome. The guys did an awesome job.

A clean cleanup afterward says as much about a crew as the pruning itself, Suzanne. Out in Plano our guys treat site cleanup as part of the job, not an afterthought. Glad the work matched the price for you. Joshua Tree Experts appreciates the five stars.

A stump grinding and pruning job runs on clear communication and pricing that makes sense from the start, Andrew, and it sounds like the crew delivered both out in McKinney. Good work doesn't have to be complicated to get you calling again. Thanks for having Joshua Tree Experts handle it.
