Great experience with Jovie. Scheduling was easy and there were several well qualified folks who were available on the days we needed. No issues when they came to watch my kids and were very engaging. My kids didn't want them to leave.

I get access to Jovie through Bright Horizons back up care through work, and we have used the service several times for my twin infants, preschooler, and sometimes all three kids. We have consistently had positive experiences with the caregivers! They have been punctual, caring, and great with the kids.

I always use Jovie for backup care needs. The girls are awesome. I recently requested Yasmin and she did a great job. She was so friendly and attentive. My son loved to play with her and was very happy. I was able to work from home without any problems or distractions thanks to Yasmin.
