2 mechanics before told me that my Durango was in need of a used or new motor. Matt did a diagnostic; instead of thousands of dollars, the bill came out in the HUNDREDS!! Oh yeah, LOVE the customer service; from management down to the mechanics!

Very professional and courteous staff they have here. You’d be hard pressed to find many shops that is as forthright and respectable as the staff at Joy. Wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicles here and I’ve been doing so going on 4 years now

Great service. Worked me in for brake repair and high mileage oil change. Staff extremely pleasant and provided excellent service. Will definitely be a return customer.

We recently moved to the area and I brought my car here with a check engine light issue. This shop took a lot of time to investigate and get to the root of the problem. They tried a $30 fix after much research before the much more expensive option. They are timely, professional, and trustworthy.

We were on our way on a camping trip when our van started to act strange. Stopped into Joy and they took great care of us and got us back on the road in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend. Thanks again!!
