Joy Automotive

I take ALL of my vehicles to Joy! Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable with all makes. Straight forward and very affordable! I highly recommend Joy!

Bill & Matt are a wonderful team, they took the time to listen to my concerns and schedule me with an appointment that fit my schedule not theirs. When my vehicle went into the shop I arrived about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. When I walked in they greeted me by name, again ensuring confidents in their… Read full review

Great service from the Joy Automotive personnel. Highly recommended, very knowledgeable team.

2 mechanics before told me that my Durango was in need of a used or new motor. Matt did a diagnostic; instead of thousands of dollars, the bill came out in the HUNDREDS!! Oh yeah, LOVE the customer service; from management down to the mechanics!

Good service 👍

Honest and fair! Since we started taking all our vehicles to Joy, we have had no issues with any of them. Military friendly staff and service team that go beyond treating our vehicles like there own. Highly recommend if you want great quality and no BS prices!

Very nice, didn’t try to get me to buy stuff I didn’t need, very respectful, quick service and the price was amazing 😊

Bill Team JOY is the very best in automotive repair to include excellent customer service. Thank you so much for taking care of all our family cars, including the 300, Challenger, Titan, Fiesta and the BMW! Now even our kids know that when they have an issue with their car - Call Bill at Joy….Peace of mind for us! We’ve never been disappointed😊.

Joy’s Auto was very professional. Explained what was wrong. Looked over everything on my Jeep and I will be going back.

These guys are great! I was completely satisfied with their work and their customer service was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable! They had it done when they said they would and no extra costs "came up"! I will continue to take my Jeep there!

This shop is clean and the fella's are very personable and professional 👌 Service with a smile

Very professional and courteous staff they have here. You’d be hard pressed to find many shops that is as forthright and respectable as the staff at Joy. Wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicles here and I’ve been doing so going on 4 years now

I will not take my car anywhere else unless it's something they cannot do. My dad was a mechanic and he taught me what to look for and Joy's Automotive is honest, and very reasonable. I would recommend them them to anybody. They have worked on several of my vehicles and I don't have a single complaint. In this… Read full review

Great service. Worked me in for brake repair and high mileage oil change. Staff extremely pleasant and provided excellent service. Will definitely be a return customer.

We recently moved to the area and I brought my car here with a check engine light issue. This shop took a lot of time to investigate and get to the root of the problem. They tried a $30 fix after much research before the much more expensive option. They are timely, professional, and trustworthy.

We were on our way on a camping trip when our van started to act strange. Stopped into Joy and they took great care of us and got us back on the road in a timely fashion. Definitely recommend. Thanks again!!

After meineke told my daughter she needed a new head gasket, and other repairs .. quoting her almost 4000$.. we decided to take it and get a second opinion. Was charged 200$ for them (meineke) to put plugs on it.. (which was never asked for) She took it to Joy and have it looked at. After about 20 minutes they told… Read full review
