To be honest it was a GREAT Experience and a pleasure to get my 2004 F150 serviced at Joy Automotive. I was referred to them by a fellow Retired Army Brother. Excellent customer service and experience. I will refer everyone I know to Joy Automotive. Fast quality service at a good price.

Bill & Matt are a wonderful team, they took the time to listen to my concerns and schedule me with an appointment that fit my schedule not theirs. When my vehicle went into the shop I arrived about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. When I walked in they greeted me by name, again ensuring confidents in their… Read full review

Very professional Fast & efficient Meets all of my needs

We take all of our vehicles to Joy. They are incredibly professional, adept, and attentive. They have a rare ability to not only work the issues we may have with one of our cars, but if they can’t, they help us find someone who can. I do not typically leave reviews for businesses, but I truly appreciate what Bill… Read full review

Very professional and courteous staff they have here. You’d be hard pressed to find many shops that is as forthright and respectable as the staff at Joy. Wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicles here and I’ve been doing so going on 4 years now

Great service and price.

This place was awesome. Everyone is super nice and seem to really know what they’re doing. Took my husbands truck up there and got several things fixed. They found a leak from our ac that a place in Missouri couldn’t find. They even showed me where it was. Definitely making them my go to for auto needs. Thanks again.

Great service. Worked me in for brake repair and high mileage oil change. Staff extremely pleasant and provided excellent service. Will definitely be a return customer.

We recently moved to the area and I brought my car here with a check engine light issue. This shop took a lot of time to investigate and get to the root of the problem. They tried a $30 fix after much research before the much more expensive option. They are timely, professional, and trustworthy.
