Taking my vehicle to joy was the only good thing to come out of my horrid CST trip to Fort Knox, KY. These guys are absolute professionals. They do great work at a great value. I would highly recommend them a thousand times over.
Joy Automotive was a really great experience. Everyone treated me like a respectable person. They worked hard and took care of an alignment super quick with great care. During the service, the business called me to keep me updated with their service timeline so I could plan my day well. The price was comfortable for…
My truck broke down on a Friday, and I had it towed directly to Joy Automotive. From the moment the tow truck dropped it off, the team treated me with professionalism and respect. Made appointment for a front end alignment. They were ready when I arrived. I left my truck and they called me when it was done. Talked with them about a blow back issue and they had some suggestions. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Very professional, details explained well.
These guys are fantastic. I went to them for a second opinion, they correctly diagnosed my vehicle issue, fixed it, and saved us a great deal from what was quoted elsewhere. I can't say enough positive stuff about this shop.
The first appointment was for them to see what I needed to have done. Bill explained everything that needed immediate attention. I will have some more work done later on and will recommend Joy Automotive to everyone that need car repairs done.
Joy Automotive is my go to mechanic whenever I have an issue with any of my vehicles. I've been going there for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. I stopped by once because I had a stuck brake caliper and they fit me in and I was out of there a couple of hours later. This past vist they…

These guys are great! I was completely satisfied with their work and their customer service was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable! They had it done when they said they would and no extra costs "came up"! I will continue to take my Jeep there!
Joy Automotive is great! They checked out our old VW and let us know what they could and couldn't do. They fixed what they could for a great price and with great service! Highly recommended.

They did a great job and gave a military discount.
Bill and Matt communicate great and if they find something they let you know right away. They also are honest and will let you know if you don't need a particular service if you request something to be done.
