Customers consistently praise the company for punctuality, professional conduct, and effective cleaning of carpets, tiles, and grout. Reviewers note reasonable pricing and clear communication regarding appointments. However, a small number of negative reports cite issues with missed appointments, disputed scopes of work, and incomplete stain removal, contrasting with the generally positive feedback regarding the quality of service.
