Excellent customer service! I needed gravel at the last minute, and JPR worked with me to get it delivered within an hour. The driver was also very helpful and placed the gravel toward the back of my property, making it much easier for me to work with. I truly appreciate their quick service, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend JPR!
I purchased over 50 tons — not 5, but 50 tons — of gravel from JPR for my half-acre property, and they made what could have been an overwhelming project incredibly easy. I walked in with about 9 Post-it notes and needed help figuring out tons, coverage and depth. I wish I remembered the young lady’s name because she spent at least 15 minutes with me, confirming exactly what I needed and helping calculate the order. We ended up with four truckloads to help control erosion and improve the property. I dreaded delivery day, but the driver immediately introduced himself, confirmed he would handle all four deliveries, and even helped me lay out tarps to separate the different rock. Every delivery was seamless. This was the size of a contractor job, but JPR made a homeowner doing it himself feel completely comfortable. Friendly, patient and incredibly efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Called this company to have 5.5 tons of gravel delivered several weeks back. The driver came early because there were cancellations, which was ok since I was home. When the driver arrived, I met him outside and told him to put it on my driveway for now, since we would need to put landscape paper down first before spreading it on the area beside the concrete driveway. A couple of minutes after he left, I walked out to find he had dumped it somewhere other than where I had instructed him to dump it-(exactly where I told him NOT to put it), so I immediately called the office back since he was still nearby so they could have him come back. Suddenly they were busy again, even tho minutes before she told me of cancellations. She said she’d have someone call me back, but never did. I told her I needed this corrected before guests arrived that week, and would have to pay someone to move the 5.5 tons, put the landscape paper down, then move the 5.5 tons back again, then spread it. She told me she had no idea what else she could do.🙄 Well how about having that driver come back, have someone else come out to do it, or at least refund enough money from what I paid to cover me having to pay someone else to fix their mistake!!?? Good grief- Terrible customer service- their customer service & overall integrity have really gone downhill there, as this is not the first time I’ve used this company- but it’s really changed. Don’t know what all is going on there, but they really need to get it together. I would no longer recommend calling this company.

Driver here are amazing no doubt about it .order from here 15 different times never had an issue until now . Ordered 13 tons last Monday got a truck full of wet sand and very little gravel. 135 square foot yard should've been over kill for 13 tons didn't even cover half of my tiny yard. Call to fix the discrepancy just to get yelled at ,and acused of lying . Gm seems like a nice guy but also refused to believe me or my workers who literally do this for a living . Sadly I'll take my business elsewhere...

Between the exceptional customer service by the lovely lady who took my call and Alex, who delivered my gravel to the SAME DAY SERVICE they provided, I’ll never shop anywhere else!
