Another outstanding service from Andres S was truly remarkable. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and carefully explained the proper maintenance procedures for our drains. As new homeowners, we are still learning about annual upkeep, and his kindness combined with his expertise made what could have been a challenging process much smoother and more reassuring.

The plumber came on a Sunday morning to repair a clogged drain in condo unit. He was very professional and had the work done in an hour.

Paid $368 to snake a drain from the kitchen sink clean out port. Cleared the drain fine. Responsive customer service. Giving three starts because the tech accidentally turned a gas burner on and it was lit for a whole day. (We weren’t home when he came to snake the drain.) Thankfully, no major issues other than a really warm house and wasted $$$ on gas. Shame on me perhaps for not checking on the house directly after he was done. But thought it was worth noting.

New to the area, we’ve used several different plumbers over the last few years. I’m happy to say that I will only use JR’s from now on. They do a great job and they are reasonably priced. The workers are very knowledgeable and capable, finding solutions without over selling. And their receptionist is a treat! She is super efficient, a great communicator, and so friendly. No matter the issue, she makes me feel like everything really will be okay 😃

Worst experience, I have been living in this house for 7 years and never Had any problems with my kitchen sink, recently kitchen sink got clogged called jr’s they came the next day and cleaned it and told me that it was a lot of food in the pipe and that’s what caused the problem, before the plumber left I noticed that the water draining slow I asked him why the water draining slow and he turned the garbage disposal on and water drained fast , after he left we didn’t use the kitchen sink until the next day at night and we noticed the water was draining slow and water was backing up, called them back the next morning and they sent us a plumber the day after first he was an hour and 45 minutes late after calling me letting me know that he he was on his way, plumber came in and was rude the first thing he asked me is for the payment of $209 last service I got from the was $169 a day ago
I had to call the office and they told me that it was a recall and is was free , plumber looked under the sink and didn’t say anything and called his boss in front of me and was rude and told his boss that it was a lot of food in the pipe and that’s what caused the problem and his boss told him to charge me again, I refused to pay and he left , called office and they owner told me the I have to pay because of the food and after explaining he agreed to do it for free but he was rude about it and said that this is going to be the Last time.
Hopefully they can fix this and make sure they hire professional plumber and have someone else answer the phone instead of the owner because owners sometimes think about the money before thinking and the customer service .
What bothered me the most is the customer service and the way they talk to the customer

If our technician was rude we apologize. We do not understand why you would take the time to write so many false statements, especially when we cleared your clogged kitchen sink drain on Wednesday & then a 2nd time on Saturday because you said nobody would have put any food down the drain. We took the same pipes apart under your sink & took a picture of the food blocking them again. I have posted pictures showing all that & the GPS of our van at your house on both days & the date the job was created, which helps prove that if your kitchen sink were still clogged when we left on 3/20 at 1:19 pm, you would have called us before 3/22 at 1:39 pm. Your clogs did not require a snake since the food was stuck in the pipe under your sink both times & can become clogged again as soon as we leave & someone decides to send more food down the newly cleared drain let alone 2 days later. We warranty our work except in cases of abuse.
Miguel saved the day! After 3 prior fails at repairing a main water valve shutoff to my home, Miguel came the very next day. He explained what needed to be done and fixed the broken leaking pipe.
He was very polite, professional and most of all kind.

Cancelled on me last minute. Wasted 3 hours of my time. They said they were going to go then wanted to collect a deposit. Then they cancelled when i asked why they needed a deposit if i have always paid in full. This company was great before they merged or sold to new owners.

We apologize for the misunderstanding. You called on a holiday, and our dispatcher was supposed to require only a deposit from a customer with no payment history. About 2.5 hours after you first called us, a manager found out that you did have a history and asked her to call you to let you know a technician was on the way. However, you told her to cancel the job, so she did. We posted a picture for yours and other potential customers viewing to show in real time what transpired that day. Again we apologize and we are constantly working to try to improve our workflow and appreciate your feedback.
This company and its employees are AMAZING. They are on time , courteous, efficient in getting stuff done quickly and correctly at a fair price , and I could go on and on . I use them at the property I manage and I could not be happier. They are highly recommended by me and my tenants are very happy as well.
This company is the one to go with .
I cannot say enough good things.
