Working with Juan has been an incredible experience to say the least I would rate it a 20/10. The qualities he attains that impressed me the most were his attention to detail, transparent communication, honesty, and immense real estate knowledge.<br><br>He was able to help me purchase my first home, and even though I had so many questions he took the time to explain every answer thoroughly. Juan Carlos is amazing at what he does. He is extremely honest and communicative the entire time while walking you through the process weather you are the buyer or the seller.<br>My grandmother passed away in June 2020 she lived with me and I was her power of attorney and the home had been left to me in the Will. We had allowed my brother to stay in the property which he abandoned in the middle of 2024 and did not let anyone know. The home was left in unlivable conditions and the mortgage was behind as I had made him an authorized person to speak to the bank regarding payments so he could make payments with time being involved.<br>When I found out he had left the property and the mortgage unpaid I had given up on even saving the property.<br>Fast forward God sent me an angel “Juan and Alex” who asked me to just give them a shot at selling the house because they knew they could make something happened so it was not a total loss for me. They even helped me with the cost for the probate attorney because I had refused to spend any more money on the property.<br>I am pleased to say Juan and his team kept their word the house was sold we closed on March 6, 2025. I am forever grateful to Juan for helping me through this process. I am glad I gave him the opportunity and would not change it for anything in the world.
