Junior's Towing LLC at a glance

Customers frequently cite rapid response times, fair pricing, and clear communication as key benefits, noting that the company often assists with roadside emergencies like flats or breakdowns. However, several low-star reviews highlight inconsistent customer service, specifically citing rude phone interactions, unprofessional behavior during service, and discrepancies between quoted and final prices. Despite these complaints regarding attitude and billing transparency, the majority of feedback remains positive regarding the speed and helpfulness of the towing operations.

Stewart with Juniors Towing was able to get me out of a real pinch when I needed a winch out. He came out within 30 minutes and saved me a whole lot of trouble! It was late at night and he charged me a fair price. Definitely recommend over any other towing service in Jacksonville
