Ramone and his team were incredible! I was so overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that needed to be removed from our house and they just came in and removed everything in an instant! They were reasonably priced and so easy to work with. Would 100% recommend!

Twenty eight years of stuff! Junk Busters came in and cleared out everything I needed them to. Two truck loads. From the beginning of the process everything was a smooth transition for me. Booked an appointment on a Thursday and they were here at 9am on Friday.
My basement was cleaner when they left than when they got here. I don’t mean just the haul away but sweeping up afterwards.
For what they did, the price was absolutely fair and worth it. I can now start the renovation on my basement.
I highly recommend Junk Busters. I also keep singing their name to the tune of Ghost Busters!

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred. The reviewer was not a Junk Busters customer, and no services were provided to him.
Our crew had completed a residential cleanout within the trailer home community. Due to the extremely limited space available to maneuver our trucks, they were temporarily positioned side by side while a few items were transferred.
When residents raised concerns, our driver repeatedly apologized and the truck was moved immediately. During this time, another resident drove by and directed profanity at one of our crew members while he was apologizing. Despite this, our crew did not engage or respond disrespectfully.
We would also like to clarify the statement regarding an employee “riding in the back of the truck.” The employee was on the rear of the truck when residents asked that the vehicle be moved. In response, the driver repositioned the truck only a few feet to the side to clear the area. This was not an employee being transported or driven through the community in the back of the truck.
A member of our team was present throughout the entire incident and personally witnessed the interaction. We stand by our account that after one of our workers was told to “smile” and did not do so, the reviewer called him a “scumbag” and stated that he was going to leave a “nasty review.”
The reviewer has referenced his phone recording. To our knowledge, his recording was of the trucks and did not capture the conversation being disputed. Our trucks are also equipped with dash cameras, and we have retained the available footage from the incident.
We acknowledge that our trucks temporarily inconvenienced residents. Our driver apologized repeatedly and corrected the situation when concerns were raised. We do not believe continuing a point-by-point public dispute is productive. We respect the communities in which we work, stand behind our crew, and believe our employees deserve to be treated with respect while performing their jobs.
