Junk Genius was absolutely brilliant. Here's why: It was very easy to book an appointment. I called yesterday and they came today and did everything just as they promised: calling me 30 minutes in advance of arriving, showing up exactly on time, and taking EVERYTHING, including old wet paint still in the can (that their competitor would not take), and quoting me a reasonable and fair price (I was surprised to see how much space my junk ended up taking in their trunk; it was a LOT!). Also, this was the capstone of it all. After they left, I walked into my now clean garage and noticed a large roll of old carpet (15'x9') and my heart sank. I had forgotten about it! I thought it was too late, since they had already long gone. My wife nudged me to call and so I did. Kevin picked up the phone and immediately returned to my home. He and Victor picked it up and ingenuously managed to safely and securely pack it into an already nearly overflowing truck. They did not make me feel stupid for this and they did not even charge me for their extra trip. I unequivocally give Kevin, Victor, and Junk Genius the highest recommendation. Summa Cum Laude to them for professionalism, courtesy, and going the extra mile!
