I contracted this vendor for junk removal from a commercial space. They came in and gave me an estimate which I accepted. The day of the job the person in charge then told me it was taking longer than expected and he would need to DOUBLE THE PRICE! This was obvs unacceptable so he adhered to the original estimate. Once they left I went to survey the room only to realized they had left the job unfinished and had accepted payment. I called the office the next day to see if they would honor their contract and was told I would HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW JOB! I will be contacting the BBB. As this business basically steals your money and does not do quality work. Employ them at your own risk

Sean and his team were total rockstars in helping clear out my late father’s 4 floor house. It was a hefty task and they handled a super long day with professionalism, friendliness, and positivity. The load was in a different place than it was supposed to be but the loaders found it. They were patient with all the unexpected hoops they had to jump through to get it including it being heavier than expected.

Absolutely recommend Junk King! Professional, friendly, and made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked quickly and sent a photo of the item removal since no one was home during the scheduled time of removal! So happy!!!

The Sean and Milton Sr. showed pride in their work and arrived when they said they would. They were courteous, friendly, and kind. They quickly got an estimate and the truck was loaded in no time. I used this service a couple of years ago and Junk King provided excellent service then. I will use them again not only because of their work ethic but because they believe in recycle and reuse.
