Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professionalism, and physical effort of the crews handling furniture, debris, and heavy equipment removal. The service is noted for quick turnaround times and friendly communication during the job. However, recurring criticisms in lower-rated reviews focus on high pricing for small items and instances of missed appointments or unresponsive customer support when scheduling errors occur.
