Excellent communication! These guys were fast and friendly and are absolutely fabulous. Very quick and efficient super friendly. Explained everything. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be!
Very professional and fast.
These guys are great! I have used them many times now, and they do not disappoint. They are on time and professional. They make sure we understand pricing before they start the job, and they get the job done quickly. I definitely recommend their services.
These guys are the best!!!! I would recommend them over and over again!
Junk King did a quick and efficient job. Very happy with them!! Steve and Rey were wonderful…professional, helpful and most importantly, kind. Thanks so much, Steve and Rey! I’ll definitely only use them for all of my junk removal needs.
Great service. Saves me a trip to the dump.
Great guys! Came a couple hours early and finish the job within 20 minutes!
We needed to clean out our house and garage and have it done ASAPITY. I put in a search for junk removal and Junk King popped up and had tons of awesome reviews. I call and talked to Tiffany. She very nice and informative of the removal process. The guys came the next day gave us a quote on the spot, we thought the…
Very courteous and efficient as always (used them twice before). Appreciate their willingness to recycle books and magazines like National Geographic that someone else can enjoy. Thank you.
Very friendly and helpful employees from the first contact to the last. The price was a little steeper than anticipated for 3 items (one 3’ x 2’ x 2’ dresser, a large rug, and a 1’ x 2’ 1’ ottoman with boxes inside). I was told the price would normally be $280ish for my items but they worked out the cost to be a…
Easy to use. Arrival windows are short, which is great, but the drivers showed up quite a bit after they were “supposed” to. Overall I would use them again.
Dominique and his crew were at my Mom's house in Krum approximately 2 weeks ago. They called to let me know their eta. They were very polite and professional. They worked quickly and got the job done. Everyone was awesome! Will definitely use Junk King North Texas in the future. Great experience!
I’m very happy with the guys who came to my house. They were very friendly and got right to work and did a great job.
I got a text message when they were 15 minutes out, and upon arrival both crew members were so kind! They were speedy with loading up the trunk, and took so much stress off my plate. Definitely will use them again!
Quick and easy! Called this morning and they picked up same day. Customer service was great all around. Very convenient!
They were so kind and incredibly helpful!
Shoutout to Steve and Ray on the quickest job done ever!!! My garage was FULL FULL and they took it all in 30 minutes. Best guys ever. 2nd time using junk kings and 0 complaints from myself and my husband!
Had to negotiate the price but in the end they charged a price close to what i was willing to pay. The workers were courteous and professional. Showed up on time and called 15 min before arrival to give heads up of their ETA. I would recommend Junk King as ur junk removal company.
Service was great by both teams we used. Courteous and fast/efficient!
I don’t leave a lot of reviews but goodness this company was definitely worth leaving one. They are freaking amazing, the give great discounts or coupons and are willing to come all the way to your place and if you choose to not have them take stuff they will politely leave and not shout angry about it! This company…
I googled junk removal saw that they had the most 5 star reviews called them. They were easy to schedule for same day removal. I received a text message when they were about 30 minutes away. Brandon was very professional and quick. We were able to pay with our card once done. I didn’t get any other price quote so not sure if they were the most economical.
They did a good job, but they were understaffed. When I signed up, I told them that our items, including a treadmill were upstairs. They sent two guys who struggled quite a bit to get the treadmill down the stairs. Would have been much easier if the crew was three instead of two.
Steve and Ray communicated well about their arrival time, and safely and efficiently removed a very heavy file cabinet from a tight space. This service is super useful if you are moving or otherwise cleaning bulky items out of your space. I would definitely use them again.
These guys did an AMAZING job ! there were only two guys and they knocked out the clean up in like 45 minutes!
Fast response extremely professional and fair. Charge was negotiable.
Quick and efficient, I called around noon and the crew was on site by 3pm. In and out within 10 minutes, definitely would use Junk King again!
They did outstanding job! Super surprised they're able come out so early and so quickly on an Saturday!
I had a great experience! They were quick and professional!
The crew was awesome! Very friendly and worked quick. Will definitely use them again in the future!
They are friendly, on time, and get the job done quickly. I’ve used them 3 times this year after a cross country move.
The team was communicative and professional. They were quick and respectful of my house, time and property. Will absolutely use again and recommend to friends.
Best experience ever! Price was reasonable, customer service was fantastic, and items were removed quickly. Highly recommend and will use again.
Very fast and professional.
Workers were very friendly and professional. They called and gave me a timeline for when they would arrive (they were on time). They removed my items quickly and safely. Would definitely use them again!
Excellent communication, on time service and professionalism.
Very quick, friendly and helpful!
Great crew, fast and professional for a reasonable price
Steve arrived in a timely manner & they removed all the items I requested from my home, garage & back yard efficiently & was very fair on their pricing. Will definitely use Junk King again if the need arises & refer other as well.
The employees were prompt and polite. The price was reasonable. Super easy to make an appointment - you can text and they will set you up.
Excellent experience! Came in the 2 hour designated window. Notified me when they would arrive. Arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. Finished quickly. Fair price.
First class service. Good guys who working hard for the customer. Thanks!
They made the horrible pile of stuff disappear really fast. They got me on the schedule quickly, then rescheduled last minute when I needed them to. They kept me updated on arrival time. And they were incredibly nice. They even swept the porch off for me. :-)
Brandon and Junior were amazing! So professional and helpful. I can’t say enough about this service! Highly recommend
Great service! This team was on time and extremely efficient! There were two guys that were very personable and were focused on getting the job done. I will definitely use Junk King again!
Called the day before and service was available the next morning, so we were happy with that right from the start. Then two guys showed up on time, were friendly, efficient and loaded multiple items up quickly. We would not hesitate to use this service again.
They did a great job. They even were conscious about leaving the front door open. That’s something I really appreciate
All I can say about this place is WOW. My yard and garage looks so much better. The 2 guys that came out were very professional, friendly, and really cared about doing a great job. I pointed they loaded. I highly recommend that if you need junk gone give these guys a call. They gave me a very fair quote to get rid…
Very Good Experience, Jr Helped provide a solution when a problem arose on how to remove certain Heavy objects. Will definitely use again
I am so grateful to Junk King, specifically Fred and Brandon, who came to my rescue this morning. I drove 17 hours from NC last night only to open the door to my new house and see that it had been left completely destroyed by previous owners. Three quarters of a dump truck worth of various garbage, food, decor,…
The crew was extremely professional! I highly recommend them!
Best price I could find. They removed a 7.5 x 12 shed for about $850. Other companies were at least $150 more. They cut the shed up and hauled it away in less than an hour. If you want it done quick, at a good price, you can't beat 'em.
Fast, fair and efficient.
The workers were nice enough but it was pretty pricey. $348 for less than a pick up truck bed load of stuff. And they don’t take paint or chemicals. Sigh.
Called to see if they could come early, worked quickly, and did a great job. Price was a little higher than I’d hoped but not unfair. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. They made it easy and hassle free.
Junk King's driver arrived a half hour BEFORE their scheduled time slot. I see that as superior service. I would have given the guy a $20 tip, but their credit card system automatically hits you with tipping options, which I find terribly annoying. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. It is extremely presumptuous…
Professional great job
Crew did a great job. Was done in 45 min and they filled 1 1/2 trucks. Recommend.
Absolutely LOVED the two guys that stopped by to give me an estimate as well as hauling off my headache! I can now begin organizing my garage!! I’m so incredibly happy and will use them for future projects!
Precise, professional, prompt service! They gave ample heads up and were in and out in 30 min. They give the price quote once they survey items on arrival.
From the phone call to set an appointment to the pick up everyone was great. Maceo and Robert were very courteous and professional. Friendly and easy to communicate with. It was a good experience and I will call Junk King again.
They were very professional and fast. Their quotes were reasonable and very punctual and efficient service. They helped remove our piano and other furniture from the second floor. Will definitely recommend their service to others
The person is very professional. Watched all stuff. Gave quote and did negotiation. Then finished fast.. Liked their work
Maceo and his coworker (did not get his name) were great! I will be calling again when needed.
The first time I used junk king, I was able to list my items online and get a quote. The price was confirmed when they came. This time, there was no online option. The helpers the first time were personable. This time, the main person forgot to give me the 30 minute "almost there" call and seemed upset that I was…
Brandon was great when I called! Gave me a great discount and was very helpful. The men who picked up my refrigerator were very polite and professional and quick in getting it removed. I will definitely use them again.
My only negative review is how expensive it is but, it’s worth it.
The team was professional, courteous and efficient. Great experience!
Very expensive for the amount of stuff we had.
They came out on time, gave me a quote, and took the stuff right away. The price was decent, and they were really nice. Super convenient. Will definitely be using them again if the need arises.
They were early and hauled everything off leaving everything nice and neat!
Very professional and unusually fast. Friendly service. My highest recommendation!
Very nice, professional, and helpful. Will use them again, make sure you take care of these guys.
Very fast and professional, got the rob done and we appreciate it!
Very efficient and professional. I recommend them highly!
Great service and communicated very well on when they’d arrive. Very professional as well. I would highly recommend.
Did an amazing job hauling our old refrigerator out. Easy to set up and same day service!
This company was very good. Always on time and very quick to respond. Reasonable value for the service. Would definitely use them again.
Junk King is the best! They are on time, price is great and the service is A 1! Keep up the great work, Junk King! I am sure I will be using you in the future!
A little expensive, but a good option when you don't have a truck of your own. Saved me time sorting through donate vs trash, and a lot of drop-off trips to each place. The guys were quick and efficient and took before and after pictures of the target piles.
I worked with Mr. Dallas( area/division mgr) and his crew man Mr. Maceo. They took care of me like no one else did. No complaints what so ever. They got there and removed 3 loads for me in the same day. Give them a call if you need trash removal service.
My son C.J. uses my Google account so my name is Nicole Bennett... my entire move has been an absolute nightmare... movers left a lot behind and so on... I am a postal carrier as well and have been moving and cleaning by myself... Maceo and his friend showed up and worked harder and faster than me lol... what a huge…
We called JunkKing with only a 24 hour notice and they removed 1 and a half trucks of junk from our office suites. Their crew was incredibly professional and quick. Pricing was very fair. Cannot thank y'all enough!
Needed a mattress and couch gone. Plus the packing their replacements came in. Gentlemen were quick, effective, and friendly. Thanks for the help.
They were fast and efficient and that was much appreciated. I’m also so sorry the cars weren’t moved out of the way!!! They moved a heavy piece of furniture around them and I just realized it. Great job, gentlemen, and thank you so much!!!!
100% professional, arrived early, loaded up and wrapped up very efficiently! The crew was amazing and personable and we would recommend this group to our neighbors in a heartbeat. Love that they try to reuse and recycle when possible. Great experience all around!
I had an immediate response and the truck arrived as scheduled. The staff worked quickly and professionally. I would recommend this service.
Great service. Very punctual. Reasonable price.
They were able to come out next-day, first thing in the morning. They showed up on time, clearly told me pricing information, removed all the stuff and were spot-on with their estimates. The crew was friendly, and didn't panic when a few rats ran from the pile. They offered to rake where the pile had been, but it…
Quick and on time service!
From the moment of the call that they were in route to my house to the truck leaving there was nothing but professionalism from both gentlemen. They communicated every detail well, and explained my options for trash removal. We had removed and broken down our playset and had bushes with roots from the freeze this…
They were on time, calling ahead to let me know they were on their way and ETA. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned all the debris. I will use them again.
We had flood damage due to busted pipes during the recent Texas winter weather so a lot of our things were ruined. Junk Kings came and took it away and saved us the headache of doing it ourselves, which we REALLY appreciate. We had a full truck load and they were in and out in less than an hour! And they even showed…
Quick, friendly and reliable. Will use again if the need arises.
Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Thank you.
The gentlemen that removed my stuff were very professional, polite and friendly. These guys saved me a lot of time, money, and headache in having to deal with removing all that stuff. They were in and out in 20 minutes. They were from the Dallas area and normally didn't run my location so that was a very nice convenience for me.
So hardworking and fast. It was a mess of post-pipe burst from the February freeze. Wet boxes, damp clothing, slimy cardboard and books...they were extremely professional and so courteous. Showed up right on time and didn't stop until the truck was almost full. They booked me another appointment for tomorrow for…
These gentlemen were extremely professional and I will be using them again. I highly recommend their service.
Bait & Switch? Their estimate was $3,234.51 and I gave the go ahead for removal. Junk King went to the property, removed all the items in the pictures they had sent me and --- then gave me an invoice for $8,744.44!!! That should not be legal! I have no issue with their work, but had Junk King communicated that the…
They came and looked at what all needed to be removed and they quickly got the job done. This was a great experience
10 small items charged 171$$$$!?!
On time, professional, courteous, and friendly!
Fred and the other guy (forgot his name) came in and took a load of junk that would take me 4 truck loads to do myself. They did it quickly, efficiently and swept up when they were done. No complaints . I will definitely use them again. .
Made my life so much easier during a solo move! Macro and team were fast, professional and friendly. Will use Junk King again!
Very quick and professional
It is clean!! All the junk is gone.
Punctual and contacted 20 minutes before arrival and they're always nice and courteous and reasonable. Have used them several times. Sincerely Mr E Jones
Very fast and professional. Will definitely use them again. Thanks!
This company is great They'll take anything! Always on time. Communicated status of our appointment frequently. Can't say enough good things about them. 12/5/2020 update...used them again today. Same great service as before. These guys are great!
The team showed up on time and moved quickly! They brought their own tools that were needed to dismantle a table to get it down the stairs. Great team!
They arrived ahead of schedule. I felt their quote was reasonably priced. They got to work quickly and had all of my junk removed quickly. The two men were nice and professional. My only complaint is neither of the men wore masks while they were inside my home. I was wearing my mask while they were here.
Driver texted 10 minutes before they arrived. Both workers hussled and finished the job quickly. They charged exactly what they quoted and were on their way. I would definitely use this service again
I needed to have an old refrigerator removed quickly when I found out the vendor delivering a new refrigerator would not remove the old one. I was able to book Junk King one day in advance. They came on time & worked very quickly. The guys were extremely professional. The price was very reasonable & they let me…
They are quick efficient and always on time. I have used them several times and will again when I need junk removal.
Junk Kings were timely and professional with excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this business for your junk removal.
Excellent service! It was super-easy for me. I just pointed out the things that I wanted taken, they gave me a price, and then they took all of the junk away.
Junk King was quick to respond and very easy to work with.
The gentleman at Junk King who came to my house were very professional, fast, and extremely helpful.
This company needs to improve their payment process. No Venmo, no PayPal, credit card is accepted but they have to write down the number. The only way I think this could be less secure would involve inserting my number onto their Facebook page in public view mode. Until they update their process I won’t be using them again. Pity. They were fast.
They were friendly on the phone and were able to remove the trash I had the next day! Super fast and reliable. Great prices too!
Meh. I am looking for a company to replace J Dog Junk Removal after a silly issue with them struggling over who could or could not help me based on my location, but that’s another story. These guys were early and nice enough but the pricing is easily double J Dog and much more expansive than I expected. So, average service, high pricing. Hence the “meh.”
Could not reccomend this company enough! They were on time, professional and VERY fast. In and out in 30 minutes and we filled the whole truck up!
Junk King has helped me on several occasions. Always on time or earlier, always easy to work with, always efficient. Highly recommend.
