Reviewers often highlight the team's speed, professionalism, and ability to handle various items, including furniture and eviction clean-outs. However, some lower-rated experiences describe scheduling difficulties, such as last-minute cancellations or missed appointments, which led to frustration despite the company's efforts to resolve specific issues.
